Usagi Yojimbo

An RPG set in 17th century Japan¸ based on the anthropomorphic animal comic books by Stan Sakai about a deadly rabbit ronin. The inhabitants are all anthropomorphic animals in an otherwise fairly historical setting. It uses the Instant Fuzion system. The system includes 4 attributes¸ 11 races (i.e. animal species)¸ and 9 job packages. This is unrelated from the later RPG adaptation¸ Usagi Yojimbo by Jason Holmgren and Pieter van Hiel for Sanguine Productions. - A description from https://darkshire.net/jhkim/rpg/encyclopedia/ with kind permission of John H. The Usagi Yojimbo Roleplaying Game is a roleplaying game based on the Eisner Award-winning comic book by Stan Sakai¸ following the adventures of a samurai rabbit in an anthropomorphic version of 17th century Japan. The game includes character write-ups and background of all the popular hero characters from the comic¸ including Gennosuke¸ Tomoe Ame¸ Zato-ino¸ and even Miyomoto Usagi himself. You can use one of the characters right from the book or make up your own. The Usagi Yojimbo RPG uses the Instant Fuzion rules¸ a streamlined version of the Fuzion rules¸ so it"s fully compatible with other Fuzion games¸ including the Bubblegum Crisis and AT: Votoms RPGs (R. Talsorian Games)¸ Champions: New Millenium and Wildstrike! (Hero Games)¸ as well as the soon-to-be-released Sengoku: Chanbara Roleplaying in Feudal Japan. The basic rules for play take up just one page in the book¸ and character creation is so simple you"ll be done in just minutes!
