Contains sufficient data that GURPS KLINGONS(4e) and GURPS ROMULANS(4e) can be used with either GPD(4e) or with G4e Basic Set. Includes racial templates¸ character generation¸ skills¸ attributes¸ weapons¸ technology¸ starships¸ etc. Many sections are revised¸ expanded¸ and updated since the GPD3e version.
