Planescape
1993 hat TSR eine Reihe von Büchern¸ über einen Ort der die 'Outer Planes' (Äußeren Ebenen) heraus gebracht. Die Planes (Ebenen) wurden ein Ort¸ wo alles im TSR Universum seinen Ursprung bekam und damit verband Zeb Cooke verscheidenste Publikationen aus zehn Jahren TSR Geschichte zu einem neuartigen Rollenspiel. Planescape wurde ein Multiversum¸ eine Basis und ein Zentraler Punkt für die unterschiedlichen TSR-Welten. Dieser Punkt ist die Stadt Sigil¸ die oben auf einem quasi unendlich hohem Turm liegt. Sigil ist auch besser bekannt als 'The Cage' (Der Käfig) oder 'The City of Doors' (Die Stadt der Tore). In der Stadt findet man Tore zu allen Planes - sie öffnen sich aber nur denen¸ die den richtigen Schlüssel haben.
