Twilight 2000: Radio Watch
Listening in on the radio is known as radio watch¸ it's a bit like Baywatch but with less bikinis and more static. While we are moving it can get a bit boring in the track so at least I can sit there frequency hopping listening for transmissions and it looks like I'm working! Ocassionally we pick up something interesting¸ most of the time it's gibberish though. It helps if you have someone who speaks the language so I tend to get Boris our tame Russian sat next to me in case I don't undertsand what's being said. Worst case at least I can sometimes pick up some decent music.”
This booklet is intended to expand upon the radio chatter chart on page 51 of the Referee's Manual as this chart will quickly be used up II have expanded it to use a 1D100 chart with a few ideas how to develop the material once you have used those up. It also expands the rules for how many messages are picked up when listening and adds a number of new Russian radios. There are also explanations of Russian and British radio procedure.
