Th ese are often barren¸ airless worlds scorched by intense sunlight. E ven this close to a star¸ there can be refuges in the shadow of deep craters or on the night side of the world. These worlds can be beautiful¸ strange and deadly.
Also Included are 36 different settlements that could be found on such worlds¸ from scientific outposts to giant cities on rails which keep ahead of the sun.
