Vox Judex



A mysterious voice is heard throughout a town on the devout planet Exonel. The inhabitants believe it to be of divine origin. But a local police captain isn't so sure¸ and enlists the PCs to get to the bottom of the mystery. But they find themselves up against a time limit in the form of a government official who is ready to simply declare the Voice a divine manifestation; and the radical street elements who are ready to "convert" any unbelievers as a result of that declaration. And what of the Voice itself? Is it a proclamation of divine judgment...or something perhaps even worse? Vox Judex is a short adventure for 2D6 science fiction RPGs such as Cepheus Engine and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game (OSFRPG.)
