This is a Cepheus Engine Adventure.

Sir Leo Rizzo approaches the travellers with a proposition. The Marquis Johan Durgeness has been committed to a mental hospital on the planet Zerinsy. Officials from Durgeness home world have deemed him a danger to himself and others. But the family of the Marquis have another opinion. They believe that this was just a coup attempt by local officials who want him removed from power. Sir Rizzo offers substantial money to have the Marquis rescued from the asylum.
