It is part of the whole world detail project of Troll Hammer Games¸ a full detailed world down to every member in a city¸ town¸ or hamlet. Each an every building has who lives there and thier profession¸ plus any odd notes.
The project concept is to free up the the game master from creating all the fine details and to be able to modify a world to fit their campaign and story line. With all the basic work already done your world will become more of a 3d world and entertaining for the players. As a game master you now can focus on the campaign and story line that the players charaters have set upon.
