Mole Mechs are tiny robots¸ often termed nanobots¸ that are implanted inside a human or animal body. From the point of implantation¸ the Mole Mech can undertake any number of amazing and sometimes terrifying effects. Sometimes the nanobots simply bond to the host's organs¸ making them stronger¸ faster or smarter. Other times¸ the Mole Mech's nanobots make up a series of disassembled components that¸ when activated¸ manifest as astonishing external machinery. Generally speaking¸ the robots that make up a Mole Mech are hundreds of thousands in quantity¸ each no more than one micron squared in size. Due to their tiny size¸ the nanobots that make up a Mole Mech¸ when manifested¸ often are seen as a mass whose knitting is so small and tight they appear to be a single¸ solid¸ object.
