The Overlords Issue 5 - Refilling the Ranks In recent years¸ the Overlords have had some setbacks within their organization. Now¸ they seek to rebuild their ranks and continue their long-term plot to manipulate world crime and politics. To this end¸ they have gathered new members to join their villainous assembly.
