Behold the magical creations of... Dr. Wachsfigur!
A Power Level 10 Rogue¸ Dr. Wachsfigur has spent centuries perfecting her art. A sociopath with centuries of practice¸ she is obsessed with creating things of beauty from wax¸ and bringing them to life! Wachsfigur is a classic villain archetype in the Beacon City universe¸ but can be dropped into any campaign with very little alteration.
Wachsfigur is designated "Violet" for her magical origins. Ghoulishly inspired by classic Hammer horror films¸ she makes for a fun Halloween-themed mastermind villain. Her morbid machinations would certainly draw the attention of detective-themed heroes¸ while her mindless minions might make her a fearsome foe for psychic-powered heroes.
