Inhalt ist die übliche Mischung der meisten Magazine¸ also Kurzgeschichten¸ Artikel¸ Rezensionen¸ Abenteuer. Wie auch Cthuloide Welten¸ so will dieses Magazin auch immer wieder einen Blick auf Cthulhu in anderen Settings als den 1920ern werfen.
