Nutcracker Prince
a "fantastic voyage in roleplaying"¸ according to its authors¸ Peter Seckler (Doc Fortune) and Clinton R. Nixon (Prospero). It is heavily influenced by The Adventures of Baron Munchausen¸ fairy tales¸ Arthur Rackham¸ and clockwork imagery. Using a medley of AD&D 2nd edition¸ D&D 3rd edition¸ and homebrew rules¸ Nutcracker Prince allows the PCs to roam through a strange-fantasy world filled with iron clockwork-men¸ beautiful elementals¸ and swashbuckling hobgoblins. Nutcracker Prince includes its own setting music¸ written and produced by Doc Fortune. The game itself can be found at the HomepageA fairy-tale-like dreamland fantasy RPG¸ based on a speculative version of 3rd edition D&D. 53 pages PDF rules plus ~20 pages various background.
