Dragonwizards game system
Light-Regelwerk Our game system is a homebrew d20 dice fantasy system with 200+ Monstercards and a deck of 70 Gamecards to help drive the game. Great graphics enhance our three websites which each feature stories and adventures in the Dragonwizards game.A third person fantasy game which consists of players who control a small group of adventurers who discover the unknown. The game system incorporates a mythology base with a card system which generates the game¸ and dice gambling to pose the odds for suggested character actions. Characters who take the evil route (much like most video games) rarely succeed and usually find themselves done in by their own violence. Characters who take the fair and compasionate route learn that success builds allies who learn to work in a more democratic group style.
The original premise of my game was to build a fantasy module builder. I felt that D&D was a very creative format and that the gamemaster should be able to use a framework to create their own module while the game was being played. In essence¸ a self creating game. As the game revised itself over nearly ten years¸ a functioning framework evolved with a graphic card deck as the creative drive of the game. I wanted the game to be played many times without ever re-encountering the same combination of Scenario-Monster-Room-Treasure & Trap.
