The Kobold Caper: A Waterdeep Adventure



There's a stench in the air in Waterdeep. Above the normal scents of an urban hub like the City of Splendors¸ the city is alive with smells of open sewers and soot as Kobolds¸ unsatisfied with their place in big people society¸ have taken to the streets! What do they want? Justice! When do they want it? Now! A confrontation between the police and the kobolds seems inevitable. The only question is which side will you take? The Kobold Caper is the first part of the Tiny Justice trilogy¸ but can act as a stand-alone adventure for any characters exploring the city of Waterdeep. An adventure for characters level 1-4.
