A game of starship combat use a couple of ships or play larger games with whole fleets¸ lots of ship designs to use as well as a design system to create your own. There are also a few sample scenarios to get you started and as an introduction to the War of Expansion. The rule are simple and easy to learn but the use of special features allows for the construction of unique fleets that each has its own advantages.
