ECW Protest League. Scottish allies 1640-1660.
The Protest League is a union of three fictitious states supporting the Parliament in the fight against the absolute power of the king in the wars of 1642-1651. The appearance of the soldiers corresponds to the fashion and style of their era. All fictional elements are sustained in the logic and style of their era. In Scotland and Ireland there were supporters and opponents of both sides of the Civil conflict between the King and Parliament. Players can recruit stern warriors in checkered rugs into their game armies - pikemen¸ musketeers¸ cavalrymen and traditional clan militia soldiers. Place at the head of detachments of officers from your factions. The appearance of the soldiers on both sides of the conflict was so similar that the soldiers were forced to improvise and decorate themselves with colored ribbons in order to distinguish between themselves and strangers. So that players can easily recognize the sides of the conflict¸ we color the Royalists' background in sand color¸ and the Parliamentarians in smoky gray. The album contains 6 color sheets for self-printing and making game figures. Stands and bases are not included in the album and are made by the players themselves in accordance with the requirements of the selected rules of the game.
