In this bare-knuckle brawler of an adventure¸ face the ghost of crime itself!
Mr. Crime has cast a spell in whispers¸ turning the once peaceful and almost crime-free city of Newsville into the crime capital city of America!
Only a group of two-fisted heroes straight out from pulp magazines have the bravery to face crooked cops¸ enraged gang members¸ and citizens in distress that lost themselves...to the Crime Wave!
Featuring:
- 6 pre-made characters from the golden age of comics.
Punch crime in the face with the "Terror Twins" Black Terror & Kid Terror¸ or do some detective work as Lois Cayley (The Third).
- Multiple possible endings¸ including becoming part of the Crime Wave itself¸ or birthing a more positive 'ghost' to watch over poor Newsville.
- A mini-setting that is heavily based on Pulp and beat-em-up games like Streets of Rage.
- A menagerie of foes found in said brawlin' city¸ from Gang members and their bosses to crazy crime ghosts! - Mr. Crime boss fight is something special¸ it is modular and it is shaped by the path the Aces took to reach the end of the story! Fully compatible with the Super Powers companion at Power Level 1! PL 2 would make the module a cake walk but still a fun one. Anything above and its a bit much.
