In the future¸ the rich have cloned themselves and moved to the moons of Jupiter. Left behind are cannibals and terrorists scrounging out a living in a violent¸ over-heated New York City seeped in ozone-depleted air. Young PI clone¸ Blood¸ seeks out terrorists threatening to denonate a neutra-cosmo bomb.
