My comic book publishing plans continue¸ as I move through the last of the Comics Magazine stories of 1937. This "best of" compilation crosses genre lines¸ as we start with a Rocky Baird South Seas adventure¸ move to an urban crime story with a nautical twist¸ and then follow the lengendary Will Eisner into western territory before rounding out our tour with the supernatural! Like every book from Great Scott! Press¸ this comes with the Scott Casper Guarantee. The Scott Casper Guarantee is: -Not all scans will be great¸ but they will all be "good enough" -- legible¸ not too blurry¸ not too faded (addendum: and if it was¸ I'll try to touch it up). -The art will be at least competently rendered; no rush jobs will be included. -The stories will all be "good¸" in that they tell a complete story (or move a story forward¸ if serialized)¸ have one or more interesting characters¸ have a strong sense of place¸ and successfully capture the feel of the genre they were aimed for.
