My plan¸ as I started repackaging the best Comics Magazine stories of 1936-37¸ was to slowly get more ambitious. I tweaked a single panel in issue #1 and planned to tweak two or three in this issue. I modified sixty ! This is a special "best of" compilation¸ lead by the lengendary Will Eisner in his first published comic book story¸ and including three more that meet the Scott Casper Guarantee. The Scott Casper Guarantee: -Not all scans will be great¸ but they will all be "good enough" -- legible¸ not too blurry¸ not too faded. -The art will be at least competently rendered; no rush jobs will be included. -The stories will all be "good¸" in that they tell a complete story (or move a story forward¸ if serialized)¸ have one or more interesting characters¸ have a strong sense of place¸ and successfully capture the feel of the genre they were aimed for.
