This adventure is designed to be a drag-and-drop sandbox for any campaign¸ or a one shot module. The adventure includes detailed descriptions of the NPCs of the town of Oakleaf. They have a recent monster problem¸ and it's up to the PCs to identify and hunt the monster that plagues the town.
