Tier 1 Adventure Set
A.I. Generated Content for Storytellers Designed for a well balanced party of 5 characters at level 1. Suitable for 4-6 characters of level 1-2. Everything is optional. There is no storyline. There are no maps or rules. They say it's best if the story emerges as a response to the players¸ and that's the type of game this module is designed to support. Make it up as you go or plan the story in advance. Add as much or as little story as you like. You can give the players all the agency they want without worrying about any game breaking PC choices¸ or the CR system¸ you just go on to the next thing no matter what and call it what you need it to be called. The content is configured to progressively get more challenging as the party advances. It's like a railroad for the DM¸ and a sandbox for the players. The idea is for you to make-up a story as you go¸ on the fly. Use the supplied encounters to support your group's imagination. Use the short descriptions as inspiration or omit them entirely. Encounters are best if experienced in order - no matter what the players do. But the DM should strive to give the players the feeling of an open world with the illusion of unlimited choice. The math behind the sequence of encounters has been carefully computed to give the most balanced experience possible from a purely mathematical point of view. Threading the story is up to you¸ storyteller. Each adventure in this series will feature the following sections: DM Notes: Ideas or suggestions about how to use the adventure¸ optional rules Settlement: Primary quest giver and various random NPCs Wilderness: Random encounters on the way to the main dungeon Dungeon: Random encounters leading to the Boss & Primary Quest Goal
