Thornroot Hill

Thornroot Hill is a small hamlet¸ one that houses a murderous trap. In the course of a single night¸ the player characters will have to deal with an unwelcoming village¸ experience the nightmarish deaths of ill-fated travelers¸ and escape the clutches of a twisted and murderous living vampire. This scenario can be played in a single session¸ or longer if desired. It begins with the players using their regular characters¸ switches to a second group of ill-fated characters¸ then goes back to playing their regular characters again. In the end¸ can the player characters escape the same fate as the doomed victims? It's hard to say¸ because living vampires are as deranged as they are deadly... As an ANY RPG supplement¸ this 16-page mini-adventure is suitable for any fantasy setting or game system¸ and draws inspiration from Truly Terrifying Vampires (which is not required for this adventure).
