The Toxic Adventure is a 4-5 hour one-shot adventure for 5th-7th level characters. A simple "clear out the haunted mine” quest takes some toxic twists and turns as the adventuring party finds themselves transformed into heroes of superhuman size and strength!
Adventure Summary
A group of murderous punks are running over innocent civilians with stolen transport wagons and the party is hired to stop them before they hurt more people. The villains are holed up in an abandoned mine that has a dark past and the creatures that call the mine home are more deranged than anything the adventurers have ever seen.
This adventure is inspired by TROMA films¸ specifically The Toxic Avenger. If you like those movies you will love this adventure. It's chock full of references¸ callbacks¸ and also contains unique villains like The Flyshaker¸ Arrowface¸ and Clucker (A half humanhalf chicken abomination).
