The adventurers investigate a series of strange deaths in and around a 19th century logging camp. What is claiming the forest over a pile of bodies? Can it be stopped? The Timber Beast is a short¸ system-agnostic adventure designed for a group of Old West characters. It includes historical background of 19th Century logging camp life and operations¸ NPC descriptions¸ and suggestions for using the scenario with other settings and genres.
