The Shrine to Noxious

A young black dragon named Noxious emerges from the murky depths of a nearby swamp¸ casting a shadow of fear over the peaceful village of Haven.
Deep within the swamp¸ rival tribes of kobolds and lizard folk vie for Noxious's favor¸ driven by their desire to share in the dragon's power and vast hoard of treasures. They set aside their differences and form a fragile alliance¸ working tirelessly to construct a towering shrine in the likeness of the dragon¸ hoping to appease her and curry her favor.
But Noxious's appetite for riches is insatiable¸ and even the towering shrine proves to be a mere trinket in her eyes.
The heroes face a daunting challenge - to navigate the treacherous web of alliances and political intrigue that surrounds Noxious and somehow find a way to broker peace.
The conflicts presented in this adventure can be resolved either by force of arms or through the skillful use of diplomacy. However¸ a final confrontation with Noxious looms on the horizon and may well be inevitable.
