A local legend speaks of a hidden ruin beneath a shrine to Selune¸ just outside the city of Waterdeep. What starts as a standard archeological dig becomes a rescue mission when you encounter a distraught half-elf and her partner searching for a loved one in peril.
The Shrine of Endless Night is a dungeon-delve for low-level characters meant to be run in one or two sessions. It includes an ancient myth to discover¸ challenging and exciting monsters to fight¸ and a queer love story with a cast of memorable NPCs. It easily fits into any campaign and makes a great sidequest for groups playing through Dragon Heist.
