The Shattered Tower of Grimlov

Many years ago the wizard Grimlov built a tower overlooking the village of Melad Crossings. The wizard was powerful and raiding orcs and goblins were terrified by his presence. Then the tower erupted in a massive explosion. The tower still stands but it is a wreck with gaping holes in it.
All has been quiet at the tower for quite some time. The wizard seemed to have gone missing. Recently¸ however¸ there are signs of life at the tower. Creatures have been seen flying and landing near the top of it. Smoke has been seen rising from the top of the tower.
Perhaps Grimlov has returned! Or perhaps someone else has moved in...
