A plague is raging through the city of Hosder¸ leaving next to no survivors. A cure has been found¸ but the ingredients are rare. Will your party's adventurers find the ingredients in time¸ or will they too¸ fall victim to the plague? Includes a new disease and potential hooks into a fiendish campaign.
