Enter the city of Grimhaven- the Gothic-Venetian setting for D&D 5th edition! An introductory chapter to Grimhaven contains everything from seasons and festivals to architecture and fashion. 10 NPCs are described in-depth as the key characters of the setting¸ including Grimhaven's five vampiric lords and the maniacal Maledict Fiend - Uglaamok. Each of these NPCs comes with tips on transferring them to other settings in case you want to use them in your own world! Nearly 40 minor NPCs are scattered across the book as examples of interesting faction members¸ DM alternatives to subclasses¸ and generally interesting characters in the campaign setting 9 distinct districts of the city are broken down in detail¸ with each one containing unique cultures¸ organizations¸ and atmospheres. 17 organizations (8 factions and 9 religions) are described in detail¸ including information on their standing with citizens¸ intentions¸ and frequent activities.
