The famous Beehive Saloon is hosting a high stakes poker tournament. It's a spectacle for gamblers or onlookers alike¸ with a $3¸000 winner-take-all prize! Lottie Deno is in town¸ and she is playing in the tournament. It's a rare chance to watch the "Poker Queen" in action-and an even rarer chance to play at the same table with the "Angel of San Antonio." Maybe¸ just maybe¸ a chance to beat her at her own game.
The Hive Is Alive is a convention-style¸ traditional Western encounter. This scenario uses DHR's Fort Griffin setting for Savage Worlds. It takes place in The Flat¸ at the Beehive Saloon. If you are already using Fort Griffin Savaged or the Beehive itself in your game¸ you can adapt this encounter to work with existing heroes and locals. Otherwise¸ you can play it as a one time game. The Hive Is Alive offers an option with a weird twist¸ too.
Although this adventure doesn't require Fort Griffin Savaged¸ it's designed so you can use the Beehive Saloon building description and two-story map (ready for VTT) as well as various nonplayer stats and descriptions.
Fort Griffin Savaged offers a traditional Wild West setting designed for Savage Worlds¸ with a passel of weird ideas on the side.
