The Carnival is a travelling domain of dread¸ a demiplane that exists nowhere and anywhere at once¸ moving through the mists of the Shadowfell at the whim of its masters. It can insert itself into any other domain¸ or cut itself off entirely - although travellers with a talisman and a strong will can always find it...
In this supplement¸ your players can encounter the Carnival¸ see its shows and participate in its attractions¸ and foil (or help!) an insidious plot by a mad professor to overthrow the carnival owners and seize power for himself.
This supplement also includes an add-on quest that incorporates the Carnival into your Wild Beyond the Witchlight campaign!
This adventure setting is designed for characters between levels 5-7¸ and refers extensively to Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft .
