Taking on the Hole in the Wall Gang

The heroes take on an upcoming thieves' guild in Neverwinter called the "Hole in the Wall Gang” run by the halfling Shaena Underbough.
The guild just moved into the northern wing of a branched cellar system under an unassuming house in the Neverwinter Bluelake District. Passing through the southern wing of the cellars¸ they can investigate the remains of a long-gone elemental cult - the former occupants of the cellar system - and are rewarded by a mighty genie.
The adventure takes place in the rejuvenating Neverwinter under the rule of Lord Protector Dragul Neverember¸ but you can easily adapt it to any other city setting. The adventure is optimized for a 2nd level party of four heroes. The average duration of the adventure is 12 hours. The heroes can earn 3000 group XP¸ taking them to level 3.
The adventure uses the Dungeon Master's Guide maps from 310 and 311. Therefore¸ the 5th Edition DMG is required to run it.
