Welcome to Footsrest¸ a small halfling village south of the Cormanthor woods. Footsrest would be an otherwise unremarkable stop on the road between Suzail and Immersea if it weren't for the residents' reputation as master bakers. Some of the best pastries in the kingdom are found in Footsrest¸ and spring means it's time for the Bakers' Festival. This festival is an annual opportunity for the proud families of Footsrest to show off their tastiest creations and engage in a little good-natured rivalry. Beneath this year's festival hides a dark secret rooted in Footsrest's history. Can the adventurers discover what secrets lie in the village's malevolent past in time to save the day?
