Stress and trauma as an alternative to Madness

As I'm planning to run a module heavily reliant on the use of Madness tables for a group soon¸ and some of my players have expressed discomfort with the canon Madness tables and features but still wanted a similarly 'punishing' experience¸ I made some alternative tables-Minor Trauma¸ Major Trauma¸ and Persistent Trauma-to replace the canon ones.
Since the traumatic experiences of some modules changing or affecting your character are important parts of the adventures¸ I spent a good amount of time making sure to prep similar tables which impose comparable levels of negative effects but aren't as harmful as some of the DMG's often-stigmatizing and stereotyped options.
I wanted to share in case anyone else might find the tables useful! If I could set the suggestion donation price lower than $0.50¸ I would. I don't mind at all if you can't spare anything¸ I just wanted to set up as PWYW as an option!
