Everyone who's anyone has heard of Starburn Academy. The elite boarding school is famous for teaching students to excel in magic¸ history¸ fighting¸ and anything else a precocious child in the city of Seledor needs to know. But now¸ one instructor at the school is using his position to carry out a nefarious plot which is at best unethical and at worst deeply dangerous. The only people standing in his way are a mage with an unreliable reputation and the handful of talented children she picked off the street to infiltrate the school and get the evidence needed to take him down. That is¸ you. -- This 5th-edition adventure is designed to take 5-6 hours¸ but can easily be expanded into a multi-session campaign. It is optimized for a party of 3-4 second or third-level characters¸ all of whom should be the equivalent of 10-13 years old in human years. This product includes: Both a stylized¸ 18-page PDF with beautiful illustrations and a document containing the full text of the adventure simplified for accessibility. The location of Starburn Academy¸ a fantasy school with twelve different locations to explore that is populated with dozens of interesting NPCs. Six optional pre-generated player characters. A mechanic that allows characters to attend classes and gain "knowledge points" that can help them with skill checks. An adventure that can be an accessible introduction for new players or a departure from the "standard" DnD tropes for experienced players who want to try something new.
