Space is flat.
And you're living on the edge.
A mini-rpg of zippy¸ witty¸ cute¸ weird sci-fi adventures for an independent crew and their ship. Part of the PocketQuest 2023 game jam.
The edge. A far-off point where space itself flows into the greyness beyond.
Shoreline. A station¸ builders unknown¸ tethered against the current.
Home for fugitives¸ rebels¸ traders¸ prospectors - and you.
Play as a human¸ fox person¸ psychic person¸ drone person or shrub person. Adventures happen on the station¸ in nearby space¸ or even further 'inland' and closer to galactic civilisation.
This is a trad-style game with players and a GM. The system is light¸ using a d6 dice pool and counting successes. Character creation can be done in a few minutes. It'd work well as a pick-up game¸ or as a connected string of one-shots.
