This is a complementary adventure for the Lost Mine of Phandelver boxed set. It describes the ground floor of Tresendar Manor above the Redbrand Hideout. These ruins are inhabited by vermin¸ thugs and a ghostly maiden. This is a 4-hours adventure for 4 1st-3rd level characters
