A sparsely inhabited island known for plague with a falcon garrison and naval base on a smaller offshore island. While offically conquered and now part of the Falcon Empire. No falcon soldier has set foot on the island proper. The locals want to keepit that way.In fact theywould like to get rid of the falcon empire completely. They may turn to the player characters for help.
