Initiative Trackers (3 Different Sizes)



  • 2.125"w x 6"h cards (2.125"w x 3.5"h when folded) layout information for the DM.
  • Smaller version is also included¸ which does not have the HP block - 2.125"w x 2.5"h when folded.
  • Large version (2.125"w x 5"h when folded) that does not have HP or Condition tabs¸ but also includes Languages¸ Pets/Companions/Familiars¸ Immunities¸ and a full list of conditions.
  • Keep track of initiative.
  • Easily access all the information for all of your players¸ without having to repeatedly ask them for common information¸ and keep things moving.
  • Move condition tabs up and down to help keep track of conditions. A Zip Folder is included in the download¸ containing icons for all of the most popluar conditions.
  • These Cards can fold along the dotted lines to perfectly fit the DM screen¸ or up to a 1/2 in¸ to fit custom DM screens¸ or just fold them and set them on the table¸ as shown in the thumbnail image.
  • The front panel (side facing away from the DM) has a white block¸ where you can upload a PC's image¸ for visual reference to the players.
