Hunt of the Crangtar Terror



Hunt of the Crangtar Terror is a 5th level one shot adventure designed to take 3-5 hours to play. The party begins in Crangtar¸ a small farming village seat at a crossroads between roads to larger¸ more prosperous cities. The village has recently been set upon by some strange beast or band of men¸ and nearly half their flocks have disappeared¸ along with a great deal of stored grain.

The party gathers clues from farmers and shepherds¸ eventually able to triangulate the zone of operation to a swath of forest outside of town. Tracking through the woods¸ encountering some beasts and a few trappers¸ the party eventually finds a strangely constructed treehouse and enters it to find a mad beast of arcane nature¸ swollen in strength by the food it had pillaged.
