A party of adventurer was hired by the small farming city of Windhill to investigate mysterious disappearances and rumors of demons in the night...will they become heroes? Demons in the Prairie is a perfect adventure for new players and Dungeon Masters. If you never played Dungeons and Dragons and are looking for something simple to try it out¸ this is the module for you. Can't find a Dungeon Master? run it yourself! it was written to be an easy introduction for either side of the table¸ and it will make it easy and accessible to run your first session. If you are an experienced Dungeon Master it is still a great module for a group of beginners. I ran this for many groups¸ many of which were completely new not only to D&D but to TTRPG in general¸ and it was always a success. The story is simple but has a lot of space for roleplaying¸ and the enemies are enough to get you to learn the game but not too hard that you can't make mistakes. This module is written in a simple way that will not require you to do much preparation¸ just read it once and sit down at the table! The module includes everything you need¸ including stat blocks for the enemies the party may fight and tips on how to run each section.
