Deep Temple A 5e Compatible Adventure for Tier I This adventure tries to bring everything you could want in a dungeon delve¸ without it being lethal for a new group¸ or players new to the game. It gives the DM options on how you drop this into your world. The bandits could be out and out bad guys¸ or outlawed by a dastardly noble¸ in the vein of Robin Hood. If your group are reluctant to commit themselves to exploring the caves I have added a couple of encounters to precipitate things. Once inside there is a hint of horror¸ strange things to explore¸ problems to solve¸ and magical things.
I have included a variety of combat challenges¸ the Outlaws¸ a Gelatinous Cube¸ Animated Armor¸ Flying Swords¸ and the major threat is that of Dretch and Quasits.
