DC-POA-LEGIT-SV-03 The Beggar's Blood



When warped creatures emerge from the Lonelywood Forest¸ you're tasked to contain them. But how will you confront what uncountable others refuse to?
A 4 hour adventure for 1st through 4th level Characters.
This adventure takes place in Icewind Dale¸ in the Lonelywood Forest. The adventure includes: One full-color VTT-friendly map for the final area. A printer-friendly version. Warped creatures influenced by beings from alien realms. Multiple solutions for each encounter¸ culminating in three dramatically different final encounters and endings. A complicated and lore-heavy story.
This adventure was written using the Dungeoncraft programme using the " Awake and Afraid " adventure seed and is part of the Season 10 - Plague of Ancients campaign in the D&D Adventurers League.
Content Warning: Suicide imagery. Gore and Body Horror. Xenophobia. The adventure is in a "loose series" with DC-POA-LEGIT-SV-01 The Coldlight Star and DC-POA-LEGIT-SV-02 The Shape of Silence ; it features similar paranormal themes and the same secret organisation¸ but it is not necessary to play one to contextualize the other. This adventure is chronologically third in the series.
