Ten years ago¸ extraterrestrials devastated Earth. While they remained in space¸ the aliens established flying cities called Davosses from which their human collaborators rule the common people and do the aliens' dirty work. While most aliens crushed all major powers¸ isolated groups of rebels continue to fight back.
