A betrayal in a temple led an innocent soul down a path of corruption and evil. Now the priests of the order hope to restore their lost honor by redeeming the spirit of their forsaken acolyte¸ and they need a brave band of adventurers to undertake the cause-- for she is tangled in a web of darkness and rage¸ and has her own plans for revenge against those that seemingly abandoned her; those that undertake this cause may discover they are pawns in a greater game than they had imagined.
The Council of Bones is a Fifth Edition adventure set in a gothic horror sandbox setting¸ complete with the dark themes that implies¸ yet with a quest for redemption at its core. For character levels 1-10.
