Here is a simple set of Word Balloons that you can use in your VTT game to display the various Dungeons and Dragons or Pathfinder conditions that a character (or NPC) can suffer from.

The list of tokens:

Fantasy Grounds Mod

To use the Fantasy Grounds Module¸ download the.mod file and drop it into the following folder:

/ Fantasy Grounds Data / modules /

With the.mod file in that folder¸ you can activate the module from within Fantasy Grounds.

Using the Tokens in other Apps

If you play VTT with another app such as Roll20¸ Battlegrounds¸ d20Pro¸ etc... download the.zip file which contains all of the PNG images that are the tokens¸ you will then have to follow the file structure supported by your preferred app.
