Your ship approaches a thick cloud of roiling smoke hanging over the rolling waves. Wisps of light dance in the fog periodically¸ drawing the attention of the ship's crew. While observing the phenomenon¸ you hear a cry for help from inside the cloud."
Pirates¸ explosions¸ hordes of undead¸ daring escapes¸ wild magic¸ and the thrill of adventure at sea! All that and more is rolled into this thrilling naval encounter for for 4 - 5 player characters of 9th to 10th level.
In Castaway Rescue¸ player characters dive into thick fog to save a sailor being attacked by aquatic ghouls on the burning wreckage of his sinking ship. the encounter normally takes around 1 hour to run.

A three-page write-up describing the battle and its unique terrain and weather conditions A battlemap for use in the encounter Stat blocks and Tokens for the aquatic ghouls and the castaway to be rescued
