WBW-DC-Sunlit-04 - Blank Stare



A Storyteller's Festival is taking place in Red Larch. Aimed at artists¸ travelers¸ and children¸ people from all around the Dessarin Valley have come to hear grand tales¸ buy books of fables¸ and sometimes show off their tale-weaving skills. As all seems to be going well¸ a stranger begins a tale about a magical town that can't possibly exist. The problem? The town is real¸ and one of its guards is here to investigate how this stranger knows about it at all. Events take a turn for the worse¸ and a party of adventurers gets caught up in their own odd story involving fey¸ missing faces¸ stolen stories¸ and a new type of dragon.
This is a four-hour Tier 2 APL 8 adventure. It does not follow directly from the previous Sunlit Hands and can be played as the start of a new trilogy.
